Copy Property

The Copy Property will make a duplicate of the currently selected Property.

To copy a Property, find the Property and from the Advanced tab click Copy Property.

On the Copy Property screen select:

• Number of Copies to make - how many copies to create

• Include Pictures/Floor Plans - whether to attach the pictures/floor plans

• Include Current Certificates

• New Category - whether the Property category is For Sale or To Let

• New Price - this defaults to the price of the currently selected Property but can be changed

• Set as HMO - whether to set it as an HMO
