Properties listed For Sale must also have a specified Tenure, which defines the legal ownership structure.
📜 Available Tenure Options
The following tenure types can be selected:

Freehold – Full ownership of the property and land

Leasehold – Ownership for a fixed term under a lease agreement

To Let – Indicates rental availability rather than ownership

Share Transfer – Common in jurisdictions like Jersey, involving transfer of company shares

Share of Leasehold – Partial leasehold ownership

Flying Freehold – Freehold property that overhangs or underlies another

Commonhold – Ownership of individual units within a shared development

Feudal – Historical tenure, rarely used in modern practice

Share of Freehold – Partial ownership of the freehold, typically in flats

TBC (To Be Confirmed) – Used when tenure details are not yet available
