The Terms tab provides key information related to the Terms and Contract associated with a property.
🗓️ Automated Dates

Contract Expiry Date
Automatically calculated based on the Contract Expiry period set in System Configuration (default: 12 weeks). -
Market Date
Automatically updated to the current date when the property's status is changed to Available.
The Contract Expiry Date will also be refreshed accordingly.
📝 Viewing Notes
Any Viewing Notes associated with appointments for the property will be displayed within this tab, offering quick reference for staff managing viewings.
