Journal

The Journal screen displays important events and which user initiated them. Currently the journal only works for properties.

The Journal screen is accessed via the Main tab ->More -> Journal or for an individual property using the Journal button against a property record.

The Journal screen displays the following details:

• Date

• Contact

• Property

• Type

• Old Value

• New Value

• User

The following are types of events that are recorded:

• New Property Added

• Property Price Change

• Property Board Change

• Property Status Change

The Journal screen can be filtered by date using the Date range fields and by Event Type using the Type following are events that are recorded to the journal log.

The Menu button provides the following functions:

• Find - finds text on the screen 

• Export grid to Excel - exports the data to an Excel spreadsheet

• Refresh - refreshes the data shown on screen
