🏠 Room Templates Overview

Room Templates allow you to quickly insert commonly described room details, saving time and ensuring consistency across property listings.

🔧 Accessing Room Templates

You can manage Room Templates from:

• The Properties icon under the Configuration & Administration menu

• The Rooms tab within the Properties screen

📋 What Each Room Template Includes

Every Room Template stores the following fields:

• Template Description – a short label for easy identification

• Room Description – a brief summary of the room

• Room Full Description – a detailed narrative for marketing or documentation

To deactivate a Room Template, tick the Inactive checkbox. This will remove it from the lookup table without deleting the template.

➕ Using Room Templates

When adding a new room to a property:

1. Click the Add button on the Room screen

2. Then click the Template button

3. Select from your list of predefined Room Templates

The selected template will automatically populate the room details, which you can further customize if needed.
