Event Log

The Event Log records users actions and is accessed from the Main Menu via More and File → Admin Tools → Event Log.

Permissions can be set in User Settings to determine whether a User has access to view the Event Log.

The following actions are recorded:

  • Deletions

  • Logins

  • Logouts

  • Exports

  • Reports

 

The Event Log screen displays the following information:

  • Date

  • Table

  • Type

  • Details

  • User

 

Filters allow the information to be filtered on Date Range, Branch, User and Event Type.

From the Menu button options are available to

  • Find

  • Export Grid to Excel

  • Refresh

If you want to check if tasks are being deleted select File → Admin Tools → Event Log and select Event Type → Delete → specify the date range you are searching on.
