Property Developments

🏗️ Property Developments Overview

Each property can be assigned to a Property Development, allowing you to group properties for more effective Applicant Matching. For example, an applicant may only be interested in properties within a specific development.

  • Unlimited developments can be created at any time.

  • If your website is designed and hosted by us, developments are automatically uploaded and used to group and search properties online.


🛠️ Adding a Property Development

To create a new development, follow these steps in the General Details tab:

  1. Click the New button

  2. Enter the Development Name in the Description field

  3. Add detailed information in the Full Description field

  4. If the development is outside the UK, select the appropriate Country from the dropdown

  5. Enter the full address

  6. Set the Status to either:

    • Available – will be uploaded to your website

    • Not Available – will not be visible online

  7. To feature the development on your website, tick the Web Featured checkbox

  8. Choose the relevant Area from the dropdown

  9. Add photos in the Pictures section

  10. Optionally, attach a PDF document with further details using the Details File Name dropdown

🏘️ Properties Tab

This tab displays a filtered list of properties assigned to the selected development. You can apply additional filters to refine the view.


📋 Menu Options

Accessible via the Menu button, the following actions are available:

  • Show Property Pictures

  • Edit

  • Appointment

  • Reports

  • Letters, Emails & SMS Texts

  • Create Property Particulars/List

  • Find

  • Export Grid to Excel

  • Filter Rows (Select All / Unselect All)

  • Refresh


📊 Reports Available

Generate detailed reports to track development progress and property performance:

  • Portfolio List

  • Progression Report

  • Progression Export


📧 Email Communications

You can send emails containing:

  • Development description

  • Direct web link to the development page
