Each property can have specific Viewing Arrangements assigned, helping staff quickly identify who viewings should be coordinated with—whether it's the agent, occupier, or both.

🔍 Accessing Viewing Arrangements

Viewing Arrangements can be managed from:

• The Property screen

• The Main Details screen for the selected property

🆕 Creating Viewing Arrangements

• You can create new Viewing Arrangements at any time

• There is no limit to the number of arrangements that can be defined for a property

⚙️ Default Settings

Acquaint automatically generates a default Viewing Arrangement using one of the following combinations:

• Agent

• Agent or Occupier

• Occupier

These defaults provide a starting point, but can be customized to suit the property's specific access requirements.
