Viewing Arrangements

Against each Property the Viewing Arrangements can be specified this can help staff see who the viewing should be arranged with.

Viewing Arrangements can be accessed via the Property screen and Main Details screen for a Property.

New Viewing Arrangements can be created at any time and there is no limit to the number of Viewing Arrangements defined.

Acquaint automatically creates a default Viewing Arrangements of Agent, Agent or Occupier and Occupier.
