Land Usage allows users to specify what a commercial property is used for and this aligns with the matching process.
When the enable Property Land Usage is set to Yes in the configuration,* you can select it as well as against the contacts requirements.
** This is set in the system configuration under the Property Management section
To select which Usage the Land is for:

Visit the Property Record.

Click Details 3
-
Click Edit on the Property

Click the Land Usage button

Select the one(s) that apply

Save
