Lettings

Acquaint features a number of special functions and procedures developed for the Lettings market which are tightly integrated with the core product.

Landlords and Tenants are simply stored as Contacts, but additional tabs are made available for References, Tenancies and Accounts. Payments from Tenants can be processed, Landlords paid, and Statements and financial Reports produced.

These extra functions are available as part of Lettings Module, which can be invoked by Contacting Acquaint Technical Support.
