Statement Export

The Statement Export function is selected by clicking the Statement Export icon from the Financial tab, in the General group of the ribbon menu.


Statements created can be exported in CSV (Comma Separated Value) format which can then be imported into Excel and other financial packages.

 

The export file contains the following fields:

  • ID

  • Added Date

  • Contact ID

  • Contact Name

  • Property ID

  • Property Name

  • UserID

  • Credits

  • Debits

  • Balance

  • Payments Made

  • Non Invoiced Total

  • Invoice ID

  • Invoiced Total

  • InvoicedTotal Net

  • Invoiced Total Vat

Producing the Statement Export

  1. The file location appears in the File Name field.

  2. The Date Range field lets you specify the added date range; it defaults to today.

  3. The Company field lets you select the Company for which the Statements were produced.

  4. Click Run.

  5. A message confirms the file has been produced. Click Yes to view it now.
