You can access your Acquaint CRM data remotely through the following options:

🪪 Additional Acquaint CRM Licences

Install the full version of Acquaint CRM on a home laptop or Windows tablet to replicate your in-office experience. This setup provides complete functionality, allowing you to work seamlessly from anywhere.

To enable remote access:

  • A Virtual Private Network (VPN) is required

  • We can supply and configure the VPN for you

🌐Acquaint Web

Acquaint Web offers a streamlined version of core CRM features, ideal for mobile agents working outside the office. It is not a full replacement for Acquaint CRM, but provides access to essential tools such as:

  • Contact and Property details

  • Appointments

  • Tasks


📱 Device Compatibility

Acquaint Web is fully responsive and adapts to various screen sizes for optimal usability. Supported devices include:

  • Smartphones

  • Tablets (e.g. iPad)

  • Laptops

  • Desktop computers

The interface will adjust based on your device, ensuring a smooth experience whether you're on a mobile phone or a larger screen.

🔐 Requirements for Acquaint Web Access

To use Acquaint Web, ensure the following:

  • A password is set for your user account

  • Your data is hosted on our Cloud Hosted Servers
