Invoices List

The Invoice List icon from the Financial tab of the ribbon menu.

The Invoice List screen displays the following information for previous statements, by default this is for invoices added today.

  • ID

  • Added Date

  • Status

  • Contact (including Company if there is one)

  • Property

  • Type

  • Net

  • VAT

  • Total

 

A filter option enables you to choose the Branch the statements were produced against. A Date Range filter enables you to filter on date created.

 

The Menu button has the following functions:

  • View (to subsequently Print, Email and Export)

  • Edit

  • Pay

  • Undo

  • Export Invoices

  • Find

  • Export Grid to Excel

  • Refresh

  • Filter Rows (Select All, Unselect All)
