Property Offers

🏡 Property Offers Screen Overview

Access the Property Offers screen via:
Main Tab → More → Property Offers
Alternatively, click the Property Offers Pending reminder on the Home Page.

This screen provides a consolidated view of all property offers, displaying key details at a glance.

đź“‹ Displayed Information

Each offer is listed with the following fields:

  • ID

  • Address

  • Owner

  • Contact

  • Amount

  • Status

  • Notes



🔍 Filtering Options

You can refine the displayed offers using the following filters:

  • Category: For Sale, To Let, or All

  • Usage: Residential, Commercial, or All

  • Status: Pending, Awaiting Proof, Rejected, Accepted, Withdrawn, Tenant Leaving / Left, or All

  • Branch: Specific Branch or All Branches

đź’ˇ Tip: If an offer has been accepted but you're still awaiting proof of funds, use the Awaiting Proof status to keep the property marked as Available.

🧰 Menu Actions

Available via the Menu button or by right-clicking on the screen:

  • New: Add a new property offer

  • Edit: Modify the selected offer

  • Reports:

    • Property Offers by Property

    • Property Offers by User

    • Property Sales Commission (only visible when filtering for Accepted Offers on Sales Properties)

  • Find: Search for specific text within the grid

  • Export Grid to Excel: Export the data to a Microsoft Excel worksheet

  • Refresh: Reload the latest property offer data

  • Filter Rows: Enable or disable row filtering for multi-contact selection

    • Options: Select All, Unselect All

đź’ˇ Data Entry Shortcuts

To speed up price entry, use the following keystroke shortcuts:

  • Type "100K" → auto-formats to "ÂŁ100,000"

  • Type "1M" → auto-formats to "ÂŁ1,000,000"
