🗺️ Property Areas Overview
Each property is assigned a Property Area, which helps group listings for more effective Applicant Matching. For example, an applicant may only be interested in properties located in a specific village or region.
🧭 Flexible Area Grouping
-
Property Areas are not directly tied to postcodes.
-
You can group multiple towns, villages, or regions under a single Property Area.
-
The configuration of Property Areas should reflect the geographic scope your agency covers.
