🏢 Property Licensing Overview
Property licensing requirements apply only to certain local councils, where landlords and property managing agents must obtain a licence before letting a property. Licensing rules vary by authority:
-
Some councils require a licence per property
-
Others require a licence per landlord
For landlord-specific licensing, refer to Landlord Registration.
