🏠Setting Up a Property in Acquaint

⚠️ EPC Compliance Check
When saving a property, Acquaint checks for a valid Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). If none is found:
-
A warning message will appear, advising that listing the property without an EPC violates legislation and may result in a fine
-
If the EPC has been ordered but not yet received, you can click No to bypass the warning and proceed with listing
