Property List

🏘️ Property List Overview

The Property List screen in Acquaint displays all properties in alphabetical order, based on the first letter of the property address. It provides a quick and comprehensive overview of both Sales and Lettings properties.

🏡 Display Information For Sales Properties

  • ID

  • Picture (if enabled)

  • Address

  • Beds

  • Price

  • Type

  • Status

  • Market Date

  • Days on Market

  • Apps (Appointments)

  • Exchanged Date

  • Completion Date

  • Comm (Commission)

  • Owner

🏘️ Display Information For Lettings Properties

  • ID

  • Picture (if enabled)

  • Address

  • Beds

  • Price

  • Type

  • Management Type

  • Status

  • Market Date

  • Days on Market

  • Apps (Appointments)

  • Available Date

🔍 Filter Options

You can refine the Property List using the following filters:

  • Property Usage: Residential, Commercial, All

  • Property Status: Valuation, Under Offer, Completed, Not Available, Archived

  • Category: For Sale, To Let, All

  • Property Type

  • Agency Agreement Type: Sole, Joint Sole, Multiple, Sub-Instruction, All

  • Assigned User

  • Branch

  • Areas

  • Selling Method

📊 The property count updates dynamically based on the filters applied.

🧰 Menu Options & Actions

Accessible via the Menu button or by right-clicking anywhere on the screen:

🔧 General Actions

  • Show Property Pictures – Toggle property images on/off

  • Edit – Open the Main Details screen to update property information

  • Appointment – Opens the diary to schedule an appointment, pre-filled with property details

  • Find – Search for specific text within the list

  • Export Grid to Excel – Export the property data to a spreadsheet

  • Refresh – Reload the latest property data

  • Filter Rows – Enable/disable row selection for bulk actions

    • Options: Select All, Unselect All

📑 Reports

Generate any of the following reports:

  • Property List

  • Property List with Pictures

  • Property Charts

  • Property Marketing Analysis

  • Property Yield Report

  • Property Portfolio Report (for Owners)

  • Property Marketing Report (for Owners)

  • Appointment Analysis Report

  • Property Sales Commission Report

  • Contact Export

  • Property Export (.CSV format with properties and owners)

✉️ Communications

Send bulk or individual communications:

  • Address Labels

  • Letters

  • Emails

  • SMS Texts

  • Create Property Particulars / List

🗺️ Viewing Mode

Toggle between:

  • List View – Standard grid format

  • Map View – Displays properties on a Google Map

Use the Grid and Map View icons next to the filters to switch modes.

Tip: Disabling Show Property Pictures allows more properties to be displayed on screen.
