Applicant Matching - defaults to All. When changed to 'None' will affects matching Applicants to Properties but not the other way round, i.e. you can load a Property then click Match to see who would be interested. This means you mark the Property as no marketing but it will still appear on the Property List.
Web Upload- The Web Upload drop-down box dictates when and where a Property is uploaded to on the Web. This is defaulted to Based On Status, indicating that the property will be uploaded to your own website and property portals if the Status of the Property is Available or Under Offer.
Featured Property - indicates whether the property is a featured property
Exclusive Property - indicates whether the property is an exclusive property
Features - select the check boxes for the features which are applicable. Use the drop-down list to indicate the Central Heating type. For Park Spaces enter a value (up to 1000).
Parking Spaces is available as a Merge Field for Letters, Emails, SMS Texts and Brochures and as a Report Filter.

Occupier
Use this field to add an Occupier against tenanted Properties that you are selling. Occupiers will be included in the Send Confirmations screen, if ticked they will receive the Notification Templates. Occupiers will default to being ticked (if they have an email or mobile number) however this behaviour switched off in System Configuration → Appointments → Send Appointment Notifications To Occupier.
The Contract Expiry Date is automatically calculated based on the Contract Expiry period in System Configuration (defaulted to 12 weeks) this can be changed via File → Configuration → Sites/Branches → Property Management → Property Contract Expiry (weeks)
The Market Date will automatically be changed to the current date when the Property Status is changed to Available. The Contract Expiry Date will also automatically be updated

Rental Terms - by default this will be set to Not Specified but can be to set to Short or long.
Minimum Term - the default Minimum Tenancy term (months) is specified in File → Configuration → Site/Branch → Lettings → Default Minimum Tenancy. This information is included in the portal feed.

The Market Date should correspond with the start date on the signed agency agreement. The Contract Expiry date field should correspond with the date that the contract or terms of business expires.
The Management Type and Rental Details fields relate to Lettings only. These will only become active if the Property has the Category set as To Let.
