Property Button Support Cases

The Property Button Support Cases screen provides the ability to raise cases directly with Property button via Acquaint.

This can be accessed via the More button and selecting Property Button Support Cases.

This displays:

  • Case Number

  • Subject

  • Status

  • User

  • Created Date

From the header you are able to Create a New Support Case.

We also filter on:

  • Status - Closed or Open Status.

  • User - Assigned user to the Case.
