Property Button Send Landlord Switch

Switching Utilities into a Landlord's name

In Acquaint you will be able to Switch the Utilities into your Landlord’s name when Checking Out the Tenancy.

Switches can be monitored on the Property Button Switches screen and you can raise support cases with Property Button Support Cases screen.

Check Out

Right click on a Tenancy and select Check Out.

Complete your Check Out as normal.

At Step 4/5 you will be asked “Do you want to send this to Property Button”.

Select Yes if you are using Property Button to sort out Utilities (Landlord Switch)

You can now do a “New Landlord Switch” which will put the Property into the Landlord’s Name.

This will send the details needed by Property Button for them to process a utility switch for the period between the end of this tenancy to the start of the new tenancy.
