Outlook Integration

Acquaint provides 3 forms of integration with Microsoft Outlook.

Importing of web site registration emails from a number of web sites such as Rightmove & Find A Property to automatically create new Applicant Contact records.
Importing of emails sent and received for registered Contacts which are then stored as Correspondence.
Synchronisation of Acquaint's Diary with Outlook's Calendar.

Items 1 & 2 are performed by the Process Outlook Emails function, where as Diary/Calendar Synchronisation occurs automatically when enabled (setting within each Users Contact record)

When the Diary is not set to Display By User different options are available for displaying appointment text. By default it will be set to 'Users, Attendees, Properties' but can be changed to 'Users, Properties, Attendees' in System Configuration → Site/Branch → Appointments → Diary Summary Display Order.
