HMO Occupancy

The HMO Occupancy screen is accessed via Main → More → HMO Occupancy. This will show all Properties that have Tenancies set up where either the Property is set to HMO or the Property has more than X occupants.

The following information is displayed:

• Property

• Owner

• Occupant Count

• Occupants

• Info

Filters are available for:

• Management Type

• Branch

• Last Name Count

For Properties that aren't set to HMO (Under Details #3 for a Property) but have more than X occupants a warning will appear in the info column.
