Outlook Calendar Synchronisation

Acquaint can synchronise it's own Diary with your personal diary in Outlook. Which you wish to use to store appointments as many of these phones have the ability to link to Outlook i.e. Acquaint synchronises with Outlook, Outlook then synchronises with your phone. Outlook can be synchronised with your iPhone.

The synchronisation occurs automatically when enabled (setting within each Users Contact record).

To activate the synchronisation find your User record and edit User Settings. Set Synch Diary to Outlook. The Synch Diary Level enables you to choose from seeing Just My Appointments or Decryings Appointments.

This process is a one-way 'push' transfer only i.e. if you enter an Appointment into Acquaint that you are attending it will be transferred to Outlook. If you delete the Appointment in Acquaint it will be deleted from Outlook, however any Appointments that you add, amend or delete in Outlook will not transferred back Acquaint.
