Access Letterheads via the Templates icon under the Configuration & Administration menu
🛠️ Creating a Letterhead
When setting up a new Letterhead, the following fields can be configured:

Upload an A4-sized Microsoft Word (.DOC/.DOCX) or PDF file containing your desired layout, images, and text. Acquaint uses this as the background layer for merging with documents |

Choose whether the Letterhead is applied to Printed, Emailed, or Both types of documents. For printed output, you may prefer pre-printed stationery; for emails, Acquaint can automatically apply the digital Letterhead |
