Letterheads

🖋️ Letterheads in Acquaint CRM

Letterheads provide a consistent and professional background for documents such as:

  • Letters

  • Statements

  • Invoices

  • Receipts

  • Rent Demands

  • Work Orders


A typical Letterhead includes your company’s branding elements, such as:

  • Logo

  • Address

  • Telephone

  • Email and website

  • Optional company registration and VAT numbers


🧩 Flexibility and Access

  • Acquaint supports unlimited Letterheads, allowing you to tailor different designs for specific types of correspondence

  • Access Letterheads via the Templates icon under the Configuration & Administration menu

🛠️ Creating a Letterhead

When setting up a new Letterhead, the following fields can be configured:

A name or label for the Letterhead

Filename

Upload an A4-sized Microsoft Word (.DOC/.DOCX) or PDF file containing your desired layout, images, and text. Acquaint uses this as the background layer for merging with documents

Usage

Choose whether the Letterhead is applied to Printed, Emailed, or Both types of documents. For printed output, you may prefer pre-printed stationery; for emails, Acquaint can automatically apply the digital Letterhead

Inactive

Tick this box to deactivate the Letterhead and remove it from selection menus

🧾 Applying Letterheads

  • Each Letter Template allows you to select a specific Letterhead

  • Letterheads for Statements, Invoices, Receipts, Rent Demands, and Work Orders are configured within System Configuration

🏢 Default Letterhead

Acquaint automatically generates a default Letterhead using your company details, which can be customized or replaced as needed.
