🗒️ Notes in Acquaint CRM
Notes provide a flexible way to record and track important information against individual Contacts or Properties. All Notes are displayed in chronological order within the Correspondence tab.
📋 What a Note Can Contain
Each Note is treated as a standalone item and can include the following details:

📌 Display & Alert Options

Always Show at Top Ensures the Note appears at the top of the Correspondence tab—ideal for highlighting critical information when a Contact has many entries

Desktop Alert When enabled, a pop-up alert will display the Note’s content when the associated Contact or Property is accessed

Show Desktop Alert on Properties If selected, any Notes or Tasks linked to the owner of a Property will trigger alerts when the Property is opened
When Adding / Editing a Note :

The Date Stamp button will insert the current date/time and current Users details into the Body of a Note. This is useful when adding to a Note, e.g. following on a conversation.

Task/Note Templates can be created to expedite frequently written Notes.

Adding a Note will update the Contact's Last Contacted Date if this has been selected in the Note Type Configuration
