Each Task or Note is assigned a Type, which helps categorize its purpose—for example:
Property Inspection Reminder
Telephone Call
Appointment Follow-up
Using Types ensures consistency and improves reporting and filtering across the system.
⚙️ Accessing & Managing Types
You can view and manage Task/Note Types in two ways:
Configuration & Administration tab → Contacts icon → Task / Note Types
Or directly from the Correspondence tab when creating a new Task or Note

New Types can be added at any time
There is no limit to the number of Types you can define
🔄 Updating Contact's Last Check Date
When adding a Note, you can choose to update the Contact’s Last Check Date by selecting the Update Contact Checked Date option. This helps track the most recent interaction with the Contact.
