Property Market Position

Each Contact is allocated a Property Market Position which is located on the Property Requirements tab. This describes the position the Contact is in regarding their potential for buying/renting a Property.

Property Market Positions can be accessed via the Properties icon under the Configuration & Administration menu or directly from the Property Requirements tab on the Contacts screen.

New Property Market Positions can be created at any time and there is no limit to the number defined.

Acquaint automatically creates a number of default Property Buying Positions:

• Unknown

• Nothing To Sell

• Cash

• First Time Buyer

• Renting

• Company Purchase

• Not On Market In Area

• Not On Market Out Of Area

• On Market With Agent In Area

• On Market With Agent Out Of Area
