Each Contact in Acquaint is assigned a Property Market Position, which reflects their current status or potential in the property market—whether they’re buying or renting.

This information is located on the Property Requirements tab of the Contact record.

🔍 Accessing Property Market Positions

You can view and manage Property Market Positions from:

The Property Requirements tab on the Contacts screen
The Properties icon under the Configuration & Administration menu

➕ Creating New Market Positions

You can create unlimited custom Property Market Positions to suit your business needs
These can be added at any time and used to better segment and report on Contacts

Acquaint comes preloaded with a set of commonly used Property Buying Positions:

Unknown
Nothing To Sell
Cash
First Time Buyer
Renting

Company Purchase
Not On Market In Area
Not On Market Out Of Area
On Market With Agent In Area
On Market With Agent Out Of Area

These defaults can be used as-is or modified to better reflect your agency’s workflow.
