Send Details to Solicitor

This option provides the ability to send a Contact's details as a referral to a Solicitor.

To configure this option the solicitor must first be set-up as Contact record with a type of Solicitor. Add this record if one doesn't exist already ensure their email address has been added.

Store the default solicitor in System Configuration via File → Configuration → Site/Branch → Defaults → Solicitor.

From a Contact record click the Advanced tab and click Send Details to Solicitor. The Email screen will appear containing the Contact's relevant details, click Send to email it to the Solicitor.

A Note will be stored against the Contact record.

Acquaint creates a default Email Template called Solicitor Advice Enquiry Lead for submitting these details this can be changed/edited under Marketing Tools tabs → Emails.
