🗂 Template Groups in Acquaint
Each Letter, Email, and SMS Text Template is assigned to a Template Group, allowing related templates to be organized for easier selection and management.
⚙️ Accessing Template Groups
To view or manage Template Groups:

Go to the Configuration & Administration tab on the ribbon menu

Click the Templates icon

Select SMS Texts to access Template Group settings
➕ Creating & Managing Groups

You can create new Template Groups at any time

There is no limit to the number of groups you can define

To hide a group from users, tick the Inactive checkbox
📁 Default Template Groups
Acquaint automatically provides several default Template Groups:

General
-
Sales
-
Lettings
These can be edited or expanded to suit your business needs.
