Template Groups

Each Letter, Email, and SMS Text Template is allocated a Template Group. This provides a way to group together related Templates for ease of selection and maintenance.

Template Groups can be accessed from the Configuration & Administration Tab of the ribbon menu and clicking on the Templates icon and selecting SMS Texts.

New Template Groups can be created at any time and there is no limit to the number of them defined.

Selecting the Inactive check box will prevent the Template Group from being available to users.
