Copy Contact

🧭 How to Use Copy Contact

  1. Locate the Contact you want to duplicate from the Contact List. (or from the find option)

  2. Go to the Advanced tab in the Contact’s profile.

  3. Click Copy Contact.

  4. A new Contact record will be created with the same details, which you can then edit as needed.

This is ideal for:

  • Adding multiple family members with similar details

  • Creating company records with slight variations

  • Speeding up data entry for repeat clients or suppliers
