🏷️ Printing Address Labels in Acquaint

The Label feature in Acquaint makes it simple to print address labels for individual Contacts or in bulk.

📌 Printing a Single Label

• From a Contact or Property record, click the Label icon

• The Print Label screen will display:

  • A preview of the label

  • Options to select the label position on the sheet—helpful for reducing waste

📦 Bulk Label Printing

You can produce multiple address labels from the Reports screen or from various List screens via the Menu button:

📣 Marketing Consent Prompt

When generating bulk labels, you’ll be asked:

“Are you producing these Address Labels for marketing purposes?”

• If you select Yes, only Contacts who have opted in to receive marketing will be included

• This prompt does not appear when printing a label directly from an individual Contact record

🖨️ Label Printer Compatibility

To use the Label Printing feature:

• Refer to Dymo’s Compatibility Chart to ensure you have the correct driver for your Dymo printer

• Acquaint V17 supports the Dymo Connect for Desktop driver

  • Minimum required version: 1.3.2

Make sure your printer is compatible with this version to ensure smooth label printing.
