Labels

The Label function makes it easy to print an address label for a Contact.

From a Property or Contact you can click the Label icon to print a label. The Print Label screen displays a preview of the Label and options of which label position to use on a label sheet to minimise waste.

Address Labels can be produced in bulk from the Reports screen under the Contact Type of Report/Output or from the following List screens from the Menu button:

• Contact List

• Applicant List

• Property List

• Tenancy List

• Work Order

• Appointment List

• Block Management

When running Address Labels a question will ask- "Are you producing these Address Labels for marketing purposes? If you answer “Yes” only Contacts that have agreed to receive marketing from you will be included." This prompt doesn't display if you are running it directly from the Contact screen i.e. producing labels for just one Contact.

Label Printer

To use the Label Printing feature in Acquaint refer to Dymo’s Compatibility Chart to ensure you are downloading the latest driver for your respective Dymo Printer.

Acquaint V17 has been updated to use the new Dymo Connect driver, so you should ensure that the Dymo Printer you are using supports version DYMO Connect for Desktop 1.3.2 as minimum.
