Tenancy Status

🏘️ Tenancy Status Overview

Each tenancy is assigned a Status, which reflects its current stage in the rental lifecycle. The available status values are:

🔄 Status Progression

• Upon creation, a tenancy is automatically assigned the Current status.

• Once the tenancy reaches its End Date, the status will automatically update to Expired.

• During the tenancy, the status can be manually changed to:

  • Notice Served

  • Tenant Leaving

  • Tenant Renewing

📅 Reminders & Automation

• The Home Page displays reminders based on tenancy status, including alerts for tenancies that require Check Out (i.e. those that have reached their End Date).
