Tenant Introduction

The Tenant Introduction function is used when introducing an Applicant/Tenant to a Landlord and a one-off up front fee is taken. This function does NOT create a Tenancy record, but will change the Property Status to completed.

This screen is accessed from the Contact screen by clicking on the Tenancies icon and selecting the Tenant Introduction option from the Menu button. The screen is also accessed from the Tenancy List screen by selecting the Tenant Introduction option from the Menu button
