📢 Serving Notice to a Tenancy
To serve notice on a tenancy, use the Serve Notice option. This can be accessed in two ways:

Right-click on the tenancy from the Tenancy List

Navigate to the Tenancies screen via either the Property or Contacts screens
⚙️ Actions Performed When Serving Notice
Using the Serve Notice function will:

Prompt you to remarket the property, if desired

Update the Tenancy Status to Notice Served
Acquaint now allows producing of a Form 3a (Section 8) when serving notice on a tenancy, complying with the legislation effective from 1 May 2026.
