🔄 Extending a Tenancy
You can access the Extend Tenancy feature in two ways:

Right-click on a tenancy from the Tenancy List

Navigate to the Tenancies screen via either the Property or Contacts screens
🖥️ Extend Tenancy Screen Overview
The Extend Tenancy screen allows you to update the Revised End Date and make key adjustments before generating the new payment schedule.
You can modify the following details:

Renewal Period (Months): Set a default renewal period via
File → Configuration → Site/Branch → Lettings → Default Tenancy Renewal Period(Default is 6 months) -
Rent

Rent Benefit
-
Payment Method
-
Management Fee
-
Automatic Renewal (Statutory Periodic)

Tenant Renewal Fees

Landlord Renewal Fees

Charge Introduction Fees
Before saving, the Payment Schedule section provides a preview of all upcoming payments, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
