This function allows you to make minor changes to a tenancy’s end date—such as extending or shortening it by a few days.
🔁 Renewing a Tenancy
To renew a tenancy, load the tenancy record and increase the number of months in the renewal field.
🛑 Ending a Tenancy
To terminate or end a tenancy, use the Tenancy Check-Out function.
💰 Tenant Charges
If the amount charged to the tenant needs to be changed, manually update the Rent Due Transactions in the Tenant’s Account tab.
