Property Presentation Export

🖼️ Property Presentation Export in Acquaint

The Property Presentation Export feature allows you to create a slideshow of graphic slide images, each displaying a property photo along with descriptive text. These slides are saved to a selected folder and can be used for digital displays in your office or at events.

🚀 Accessing the Export Tool

To launch the tool:

• Go to the Miscellaneous tab in the ribbon menu

• Click Property Presentation Export

🧾 Creating a Property Presentation

Follow these steps to generate your slideshow:

1. Destination Folder

   • Use the drop-down in the Destination Path field to select a folder

   • If the folder doesn’t exist, click Make New Folder, then click OK

2. Category Selection

   • Choose a tenure from: All, Sales, or Lettings

3. Optional Display Settings

   • Include Under Offer: Tick to include properties marked as Under Offer

   • Include Street Name: Tick to display the street name on slides

   • Only Include First Picture: Untick to include all property photos

4. Customisation Options

   • Choose colours for the Background, Heading, and Text

   • A default Panel Image Template is provided, but you can select a custom template if preferred

5. Generate Presentation

   • Click Run to create the slideshow images in your selected folder

📺 Displaying the Slideshow

Once generated, the contents of the folder can be displayed using various methods:

• CD/DVD Playback

  • Burn images to a disc and play via a DVD player connected to a screen

• SD Card / USB Stick

  • Copy images to a memory device and play via a media player or compatible screen

  • Many screens have built-in SD/USB readers

• Windows PC

  • Use the Slideshow Screen Saver pointed to the folder

  • Alternatively, use dedicated slideshow software to display the images
