🏡 Property Particulars Wizard in Acquaint

The Property Particulars Wizard allows you to customise Acquaint’s standard property templates with your company’s branding—ensuring your marketing materials reflect your unique identity.

🚀 Accessing the Wizard

To launch the wizard:

• Navigate to File → Configuration → Templates

• Then go to the Configuration & Administration menu

• Select Property Particulars Wizard

🎨 Customisation Options

When running the wizard, you can personalise the following elements:

• Logo: Upload your company logo

• Header Background Colour: Set the colour behind the header

• Header Foreground Colour: Choose the text colour for the header

• Footer Background Colour: Set the colour behind the footer

• Footer Foreground Colour: Choose the text colour for the footer

• Picture Border Colour: Define the colour of image borders

👀 Previewing Templates

Before finalising your settings:

• Click the Preview button next to each template

• This generates a sample using your selected branding options, allowing you to review the design before applying changes

✅ Applying Your Custom Templates

Once you're happy with your selections:

1. Tick the Include checkbox next to each template you want to customise

2. Click Run to generate the branded templates

3. These templates will then be available for use with individual property records
