Property List Designer

The Property List Designer enables a list to be produced of thumb nailed property images with summary information, typically 6 per A4 page.

This is accessed via the Property List Designer icon on the More tab of the ribbon menu in the Property Options group.

Creating a Property List

Select the type of list to be produced from the drop-down list in the Template field e.g. A4 Window Card, A4 Brochure etc.
Select the tenure from the Category field e.g. To Let, For Sale.
The Site/Branch will default to the This Branch but can be changed if required.
By default properties under offer will not be included but can be included using the Include Under Offer check box.
Use the Include checkbox to manually select which properties should be included.

The system is defaulted to use the Property Particulars List1.dot Word template installed in the \Templates folder of Acquaint, however a user defined template can be created and selected via a System Configuration option.
