Property List Designer

🗂️ Property List Designer in Acquaint

The Property List Designer allows you to create visually appealing lists of properties, each featuring a thumbnail image and summary details—typically displaying six properties per A4 page. This is ideal for brochures, window cards, and printed marketing materials.

🚀 Accessing the Property List Designer

To launch the tool:

• Go to the More tab in the ribbon menu

• Click the Property List Designer icon under the Property Options group

🧾 Creating a Property List

Follow these steps to generate your list:

1. Select a Template

   • Use the drop-down in the Template field to choose your layout

   • Examples: A4 Window Card, A4 Brochure, etc.

2. Choose a Category

   • Select the property tenure from the Category field

   • Options include: To Let, For Sale

3. Set the Site/Branch

   • Defaults to This Branch

   • Can be changed to another branch if needed

4. Include Under Offer Properties (Optional)

   • By default, properties marked as Under Offer are excluded

   • Tick the Include Under Offer checkbox to include them

5. Select Properties to Include

   • Use the Include checkbox next to each property to manually select which ones to feature in the list

🖨️ Template Configuration

By default, Acquaint uses the Property Particulars List1.dot Word template located in the \Templates folder. However, you can:

• Create a custom template tailored to your branding or layout preferences

• Select your custom template via the System Configuration settings
