Property Viewer

The Property Viewer provides an excellent way of interacting with Applicants that visit your office without displaying any confidential information.

 

From their Contact record click Match Properties, choose Property Viewer (for Applicants) and the Property Viewer will be displayed.

 

After storing their feedback you can optionally send them a Property Bulletin (Email) which had been tailored to only include the Properties they were interested in.

You can also use the Property Viewer for creating more tailored Property Bulletin (Email)
