Landlords Account

Previously, we have looked at an example Account screen for a Tenant we can now look at the Landlord's Account screen.

See how the Tenancy appears in the Landlord's Account screen.

The Account screen for the Landlord shows a Credit of the Rent Received of £750 from the Tenant, and a Debit of the Management Fees of £90 calculated as 10% of Rent plus VAT @ 20%). The Balance of the Account is £615 which is the total now owed to the Landlord.
