🔄 How often do my properties get uploaded to portals?
Property uploads vary by portal, but for major platforms like:
Rightmove
Zoopla
OnTheMarket
Standard XML Feed
Uploads occur every 15 minutes past the hour.

📝 How do I add Blog Posts to my website?
To publish a news article or blog post:
Go to the Marketing Tools tab on the main ribbon.
Click Web Site News.
Click the New icon.
Enter a headline in the Subject field.
Add the date in the Date field.
Write your article in the Body field.
Upload an image by clicking Add.
Click Save.
The article will be added to the upload queue and automatically published.
🚫 A Property isn’t going onto the Portals, why would this be?
There are several common reasons why a property may not upload:
Missing Tax Band or Local Authority on the Services page.
Invalid or missing Postcode.
Brief Description not filled in under Details #2.
No Price set for the Property.
Web Upload Status not set to “Based on Status”.
Property status must be either Available or Under Offer.
Double-check these fields to ensure successful portal uploads.
🌟 Can I add testimonials to my website?
Yes! Depending on your website provider:
Brightlogic: Email design@brightlogic.co.uk to have testimonials added.
4Property: Email help@4property.ie for assistance.
Other providers: Ask your web team to create a testimonials page and upload the content manually.
