How often do my properties get uploaded to portals?

This will differ between portals, however your main Portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and our Standard XML Feed will be every 15 minutes from the hour.

How do I add Blog Posts to my website?

1. From the Marketing Tools tab on the Main ribbon menu click Web Site News.

2. Click the New icon.

3. Enter a headline in the Subject field.

4. In the Date field enter the date of the news.

5. Type the article in the Body field.

6. Select a picture to upload alongside the article by clicking Add.

7. Click Save.

8. The News Article will be added to the upload queue to be automatically uploaded.

A Property isn’t going onto the Portals, why would this be?

Unfortunately there could be many different reasons for this for example:

1. Tax Band + Local Authority isn’t filled in on the services page of the Property.

2. The Property doesn’t have a valid Postcode

3. The Brief Description isn’t filled in on Details #2 of the Property.

4. No Price on the Property

5. If your Web Upload Status isn’t set as “Based on Status”

6. The Property must be set as Available or Under Offer.

Can I add testimonials to my website?

Yes, if your Website is done by Brightlogic, please email design@brightlogic.co.uk and the team will add these onto your website for you.

If your website is done by 4Property please email help@4property.ie

If you have a website team you can ask them to add you a page to your website and upload them for you.
