How do I add a new Property?

• Click New Items on the main ribbon bar of Acquaint.

• Select Property.

• Acquaint will ask you “Is the owner of the Property new to you (i.e we need to add them as a new Contact first)?”.

• Select Yes if you need to add a new Landlord/Vendor.

  1. Enter the details of the Landlord and Save.

  2. Acquaint will now ask you “Would you like to add this Contact's Property now?”

  3. Select Yes

  4. Enter the Details of the Property

• Select No if you have this Landlord on the system.

  1. Find the Landlord by entering their name.

     1. Now Enter the Details of the Property.

How can I replace an image on a Property?

1. Find your Property Record.

2. Click Edit on the Property.

3. Under the Pictures.

   1. Click Edit.

4. Select an image you want to replace.

5. Right click and select Replace.

6. Find your new Image.

   1. Save it.

How do I change a Landlord of a Property?

1. Open the Property Record that you need to change.

2. Edit the Property.

3. Click the Dropdown next to the current owners name.

4. Search for the Name of the new Owner.

5. Select the Contact record.

6. Save the Property.

Where can I add a Virtual Tour to a Property?

1. Open the Property record you wish to add the Virtual Tour too.

2. Click Details #2.

3. Edit the Property.

4. Paste in your URL for the Virtual Tour into the Virtual Tour URL #1.

Where do I add an EPC to a Property?

1. Open the Property Record.

2. Click the Services Tab.

3. Edit the Property.

4. Click the Attach button at the bottom of the screen.

5. Select the Property from the list.

6. Save the Property.

We will also bring up a reminder once you’ve add a Property and clicked Save on the Property.
