My Deposits Troubleshooting

Before Sending
In order to be allowed to send a tenancy to MyDeposits:
The Deposit Scheme System Configuration setting (found in Lettings Group) must be set to either MyDeposits UK or MyDepositsScotland (this will be set after successfully authenticating
The Tenancy must not already have a value saved in the Deposit Scheme id field - against the Tenancy and check the field.
The Branch must be authenticated with the matching scheme
For Custodial Tenancies the Custodial Authentication is needed
For Insured Tenancies the Custodial Authentication is needed
Text has not been manually entered in the Deposit Scheme ID field against a Tenancy as this must be populated by MyDeposits.


General Validation for Contacts
Phone numbers if supplied must be numeric and only contain 10 - 15 characters
Landlord must have:
A First Name
A Last Name
Private Landlord must have:
The first line of their Home address if this is for an Insured Deposit or a Scottish Property
A Home Postcode if this is for an Insured Deposit or a Scottish Property
They must have an Email address or a Mobile Phone number
Company Landlord must have
A Company name
The first line of their Business address
A Business Postcode
The Property must have:
A First line of an address
A Postcode
A Type that is one of the following: HOUSE, FLAT, MAISONETTE, ROOM this should be matched with the type they have selected in Acquaint
The Tenant must have:
A First Name
A Last Name
The first line of their Home address or Business address
A Home / Business Postcode
They must have an Email address
For Insured they must:
At least one phone number
