Against the Tenant edit the Tenancy and tick Automatic Renewal, ensure the Tenancy end date is set into the future, then when the date approaches.

How do I change the start date of a Tenancy?
In the Tenancy list, select the Tenancy to be changed, then right-click, choose Adjust Start and End Dates and the Adjust Tenancy Start & End Date screen will appear allowing you to modify the dates.
How do I cancel a Pre-Tenancy and return or retain the holding deposit?
Find the Tenancy right-click and choose Cancel Pre-Tenancy. The Cancel Tenancy screen will give you options on what to do with the Holding Deposit
Rent & Commission how do I change rent and commission?
Commission for a Property is changed against Details #3 of the Property.
Making this change will not update commission rates on existing rent dues.
To change these right-click on the Tenancy and choose Update Rent & Commission.
The new management fee will be displayed. Select which date to update rents from and then click run.
Can I extend a tenancy?
Extending a tenancy is very simple in Acquaint.
Open the Property that has the tenancy against it.
Click Tenancies on the main ribbon of the Property
Right Click the Tenancy
Click Extend Tenancy
Extend the Renewal Period to suit the Revised End Date.
