How do I add an appointment?
Click on the Diary tab on the main ribbon bar.
Select the time and date on the Diary you’d like to add your appointment to.
Double click the selection point, this will generate a list of appointment types.
Select the relevant appointment type and fill in the details.
I can’t see the appointment I just added?
Usually this is because someone has forgotten to save the appointment.
The user isn’t ticked on the right hand side.
Within the top bar the Branch/Department/Appointment Type Filter is wrong.
How do I only see my appointments?
On the right hand side of the Diary underneath the calendar, you should be able to see the list of current users in the system.
Untick all these contacts except yourself, this will only keep your appointments on the diary screen.
How do I add a recurring appointment?
Click on the Diary tab on the main ribbon bar.
Select the time and date on the Diary you’d like to add your appointment to.
Double click the selection point, this will generate a list of appointment types.
Select the relevant appointment type and fill in the details.
There is a tab at the top of the appointment box called “More Details/Recurrence”.
Click on this and select your Frequency from here
I would like to view the Diary but as each individual colleague.
Open the Diary
Right click within the Diary
Tick on the button Split by User
This will now have put all your users as a single column each and you will now be able to see their appointments.
