🔄 How can I undo a statement?
To undo a previously issued statement:
Locate the Contact (Contractor or Landlord) associated with the statement.
Click the Account button on the Ribbon.
Ensure the correct Property is selected in the bottom left of the Contact screen.
Click the Menu in the bottom right.
Select Payment Run Statements.
Choose Undo Last.
If you're unable to undo the statement for any reason, please contact the support team for assistance.
🧾 How can I raise a Sales invoice?
To raise a sales invoice:
Open the relevant Property.
Click the Progression button on the Ribbon tab.
Click Raise Invoice under the Property Chain image.
Edit the invoice details if needed.
Click Save.
You can then View or Email the invoice.
🔁 How do I add a recurring fee?
To set up a recurring fee:
Open the Contact you want to assign the fee to.
Click the Recurring Fees button on the Ribbon.
Click the Menu in the bottom right.
Select New.
Fill in the required details in the Recurring Fee box.
💰 Can I add a float to a Contact?
Floats are added against Properties, not Contacts:
Open the Property you want to add a float to.
Click Edit.
Navigate to Details #3.
On the right-hand side, enter the amount in the Float to Retain box.
Click Save.
The float will now be retained against the selected property.
🔄 How do I transfer funds from one person to another?
To transfer funds:
Go to the Accounts screen of the Contact you're transferring from.
Click the Menu and select Transfer Funds.
Review or adjust the pre-filled details (Property and Bank Account).
Enter the recipient Contact’s details, including Property and Bank Account.
Set the Date (defaults to today but can be changed).
Enter the Amount and click Save.
⚠️ A warning will appear if the transfer amount exceeds the Contact’s balance.
