How can I undo a statement?

1. Find the Contact you need to undo the Statement against (this should either be a Contractor or Landlord)

2. Click the Account button on the Ribbon of the Contact

3. Make sure you are on the correct Property in the bottom left of the Contact Screen.

4. Click the Menu in the bottom right of the screen.

5. Select Payment Run Statements

   1. Undo Last

6. This will allow you to undo the previous statement.

7. If however this doesn’t allow you due to any reason, please call the relevant support team.

How can I raise a Sales invoice?

1. Find the Property you need to raise the Invoice on.

2. Click the Progression button on the Ribbon tab of the Property

3. Click the Raise Invoice button under the Property Chain Image.

4. Edit any details if needs be.

5. Save.

6. View/Email after saving.

How do I add a recurring fee?

1. Open the Contact you would like to add the recurring fee against.

2. Click the Recurring Fees button on the Ribbon of the Contact.

3. Click the Menu button in the bottom right.

4. Click New.

5. Enter the details within the Recurring Fee box.

Can I add a float to a Contact?

In Acquaint we add Floats against the Properties.

1. Open the Property you wish to add a Float against.

2. Edit that Property.

3. Click Details #3.

4. On the Right Hand Side Click into the Float to Retain Box.

   1. Enter the amount you would like to Retain.

   2. Click Save on the Property.

5. This will now set it against the Property.

How do I transfer funds from one person to another?

1. Go to the Accounts screen of the Contact you are transferring the lump sum from.

2. From the Menu button choose Transfer funds.

3. Some details like the Property and Bank Account will be pre-filled for the Contact you are transferring from but can be changed accordingly.

4. Enter the details of the Contact you are transferring to including the Property and the Bank Account the money is being transferred to.

5. The Date defaults to today as the date the transferred occurred but can be modified to an alternative date in the past.

6. Enter the amount and click Save. Note a warning will appear if the transfer amount is greater than the Contact's balance.
