Sync Diary with iPhone

Acquaint codes not integrate directly with the Apple iCloud calendar. However, there are workarounds that can enable you to view your Acquaint Appointments on your iPhone using the iPhone's Mail Account.

If you donโ€™t already have a Windows Live account or a Google account set up on your iPhone

Go to the following link to add an email account : https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201320

 

You will then need to follow the steps below to ensure the Calendar is switched on.

 

Note at Step 4 of the instructions when choosing your Mail Provider note to get the Windows Live option you'll need to choose Outlook.

If you have an existing Windows Live account or Google account on your iPhone

You need to have the Calendar turned on as below so that the appointments appear on the calendar on your iPhone.

 

Follow the instructions below to switch this on:

So to start with from the main screen go to settings and select Accounts (or Accounts & Passwords depending on your version).

You will then get the screen to the right and you will need to select the email account you want to amend.

Lastly your get this screen on the right and you will need to turn the Calendar on.

If you havenโ€™t already set your email account up in Acquaint then go back to Acquaint and choose your email provider by finding your User record โ†’  User Settings โ†’ Sync Diary and.

Or if you have already set your email account up you are now already set up to sync with your Google

or Windows Live account ( this syncs every 5 minutes).

By default only Diary entries for the next seven days will be synched, this period can be modified in File โ†’ Configuration โ†’ Site/Branch โ†’ Appointments โ†’  Diary Sync Period (days)
