Appointment Feedback
If an Applicant is added as an Attendee then Feedback can be left for each Property. The Feedback appears on the Details Sent tab against the Applicant and Property.
Adding Feedback
To add Feedback go to the Appointment on the Diary, double-click to open the Appointment and click the Feedback tab.
The Applicants attending the Appointment will be listed. The Applicant must have Requirements (Price Range) to appear in the Feedback tab.
If a Linked Contact is added to the Appointment and the Primary Contact is already in the Appointment, the Linked Contact won't appear in the Feedback tab. If a Primary Contact is added to the Appointment and a Contact linked to them is already in the Appointment, the Linked Contacts will be removed from the Feedback tab. Feedback request emails will be sent to all Contacts that appear in the Feedback tab.
Feedback such as notes and responses can be entered by typing directly into the row or by double clicking on a row. Alternatively click the Leave Feedback button to add feedback against a Contact.
Feedback - in the Feedback column select whether the feedback response is Unknown, Interested or Not Interested from the drop-down list.
Feedback Notes - this allows free text details to be typed by simply typing in the box.
Click Save.
When adding feedback the Date Stamp button will insert the current Date/time and current Users details into the Body of a Note. This is useful when adding to a Note, e.g. following on a conversation.
